Who We AreWe are local in Virginia Beach we offer time to dip your toes in the sand and retreat from all stress once a week for women, we empower one another as a group and take on social and personal down falls and deliver great ventures to release the tight stress in ervery day life. Our goal is to promote healthy ways and encouraging women to escape the stress of every day life and provide healing and proper ways to vent and squish the problems we hold by breathing sensations and learn great techniques. We are not professionals we are just some fun ladies that decided to open a weekly retreat and we will be learning with you on this journey as well as we all empower one another to continue pursing being healthy and reliving the stress that we all carry.
